How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
What do I need to qualify?
Applicants must have a minimum Experian credit score of 650. Applicants with a credit score below 650 will not have their income considered toward the combined net income requirement of three times the monthly rent. Applicants must also have a clean rental history with no evictions and no felony criminal charges.
What type of income verification do you accept?
All applicants must complete the Income Verification section of the application. W-2 Employees: Submit your two most recent consecutive pay stubs, or a new-hire/transfer letter from your employer that includes your position, start date, and compensation. Self-Employed Applicants: Submit two years of Form 1040 tax returns showing adjusted gross income, along with a trailing six-month profit and loss statement.
What is the pet policy?
We welcome cats and small dogs weighing 50 lbs. or less, with a maximum of two pets per household. HIVELIFE.LA uses PetScreening, Inc., a third-party service, to process requests for applicants with pets or Emotional Support Animals as part of the application process. Do I need to apply for each rental property separately?
No. Your application may be used for any of our available properties. An application can only be processed for one property at a time. If you are approved, your application may be transferred to another available property for income recertification.
